Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment is taken immediately through SagePay. (Please note this also applies to any pre-orders placed).
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website or through our sales team.
To cancel your order you must notify us within seven {7} working days following the day of delivery.
Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe return back to us. We advise you take out appropriate insurance to cover the product during its return journey.
If you are unable to return the product to us within seven {7} days you must contact us to arrange collection which will be at your cost

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away,wherever possible. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
MOST GOODS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. The customer is solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery, and any damage to, or shortages in, a delivery must be reported to PSL Team Sports within 48 hours of the delivery being made.
PLEASE NOTE- Glasgow City 7's tickets will be sent by Royal Mail, with no signature required. The £1.50 charge is to cover post, packaging and administration costs incurred. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please make sure you have included your DAYTIME telephone number to help us advise you quickly of any problems. |

Returns Policy In the unlikely event of requiring to return goods to us please follow these instructions to avoid delay in processing your return. Other than as required by law we have no general policy of accepting returns
a) When returning goods to us you the customer are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us.
b) You should return any product in its original packaging along with all related paperwork via suitably insured means that covers the full value of the goods. If you insure the product, the full value may be recovered. Please retain your receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.
